About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead teams responsible for building and modernizing critical custody and securities processing platforms supporting global financial markets. This role is ideal for a technology leader who combines strong engineering management, platform architecture, and delivery execution experience while driving modernization initiatives across complex enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has experience leading high-performing engineering teams, delivering large-scale transactional platforms, and partnering across business, product, and operations organizations to achieve strategic outcomes.

Requirements

Experience leading engineering teams in large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, application integration, and high-volume transaction processing.
Experience delivering platform modernization, transformation, or cloud migration initiatives.
Ability to balance technical leadership, delivery execution, and people management responsibilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
10+ years of software engineering experience.
5+ years of engineering leadership or people management experience.
Proven success delivering complex technology initiatives and platform transformations.
Experience leading Agile teams in enterprise environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating within regulated or highly controlled environments is a plus.
Background in financial services, capital markets, custody, securities processing, payments, or other transaction-intensive platforms is highly desirable.
Experience with cloud technologies, APIs, event-driven architectures, microservices, and modern engineering practices is a plus.

Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to deliver solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
Manage execution across multiple interconnected initiatives and platforms.
Communicate technical direction and delivery plans to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
