Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years in Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience owning full-stack features in a SaaS environment from concept to production
Strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high ownership and minimal bureaucracy
Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript (Node.js), Python, Java
Frameworks: React, Spring Boot, Express, Flask
APIs & Protocols: REST, GraphQL, gRPC, Protobuf, AsyncAPI
Data Stores: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis
Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, Terraform / OpenTofu
Observability: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace
Source Control: Git (Monorepo with Turborepo or Nx)
AI & Emerging Technologies: Experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into production systems
Familiarity with agentic frameworks or Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Hands-on use of AI-powered development tools to improve productivity

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable components for a multi-tenant SaaS platform
Own features end-to-end — from design and development to deployment and production support
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to solve real customer problems
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and elevate engineering standards
Implement robust observability and monitoring across services
