About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale a next-generation Digital Twin Simulations Platform for retail operations. The role is focused on architecting the platform, establishing engineering best practices, and translating complex data science models into high-performance, production-ready solutions. Working closely with Data Scientists, you will ensure seamless integration across data pipelines, user interfaces, agentic workflows, and simulation engines. Success in this role requires strong technical leadership, scalable system design expertise, and the ability to deliver reliable platforms that optimize and predict retail operations across supply chain, inventory, store, and customer domains. Join a pioneering team in Bentonville, AR, dedicated to developing advanced Digital Twin simulations that function as dynamic operational models. The team applies machine learning, agentic AI, and simulation techniques to identify operational bottlenecks and optimize processes in a risk-free environment. Members contribute to strategic decision-making by creating high-fidelity, autonomous simulations that drive large-scale improvements. This collaborative group values expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and software development, transforming complex data into actionable insights that enhance business outcomes and foster innovation.
