Senior Software Engineer (Full stack)

Requirements
- 6+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience
- Strong frontend expertise with React and modern web technologies
- Experience building both backend infrastructure and frontend product experiences
- Proven track record delivering products from 0→1 and scaling them successfully
- Experience working in both startup and larger-scale engineering environments
- Strong product instincts and empathy for end users
- Ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguous environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with React Native and mobile application development
- Experience with Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and REST APIs
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Firebase, AWS, or GCP
- Experience building communication-heavy products (messaging, audio, video, collaboration tools)
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, behavioral health, or mission-driven products
- Combination of startup and Big Tech experience
- Strong product thinking and user-centered design mindset
Responsibilities
- Build and ship user-facing web and mobile experiences used by patients and healthcare providers
- Develop and maintain backend services powering core product functionality
- Own product development from concept through deployment and iteration
- Partner with product, design, clinical, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features
- Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Design scalable systems and infrastructure supporting a growing user base
- Build and improve APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities
- Help shape technical direction, architecture, and engineering best practices
