About The Position

Ivo is building an AI that revolutionizes how contracts are reviewed, moving beyond manual, four-thousand-year-old methods. We are the contract intelligence platform of choice for major companies like Uber, Meta, Canva, IBM, and Shopify. Having recently secured Series B funding, we've experienced 800% growth in the past year. Our engineering team is comprised of inventors who have pioneered AI advancements in contract analysis, including AI agents within MS Word, agentic RAG, large-scale LLM-based legal fact extraction, and accurate contract database searching. We are looking for engineers to design, create, and deploy generative AI products, working across the full stack to develop generative AI functionality, ship high-performance UI code and backend systems for processing millions of contracts, design scalable LLM orchestration pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reimagine legal work in the AI era.

Responsibilities

Developing full stack generative AI functionality
Shipping high performance UI code and backend systems that process and analyze millions of contracts reliably
Designing pipelines that orchestrate LLMs, data extraction, and clustering algorithms at scale
Collaborating with designers, lawyers and other engineers to re-imagine how lawyers work in the AI age
