Walmart’s Marketing Technology Engineering Team aims to build tools and technologies that will enable Marketers to send highly Personalized Marketing communication to our customers. This team is part of the Marketing Services Core organization . As part of this team, you will be building highly scalable and reliable APIs, services and data pipelines which will drive the next generation of Marketing Communications. You’ll independently handle high impact, critical software/systems monitoring issues, troubleshoot business and production issues. About the team: The team develops a scalable, multi-tenant platform supporting Walmart U.S., International, Sam’s Club, and B2B operations. It creates autonomous AI-driven content systems for marketing across multiple channels, ensuring enterprise-grade governance and compliance. The group designs metadata-first, event-driven services for asset tracking and auditability, enabling seamless integration with internal and external solutions. Continuous feedback loops improve AI model quality and platform reliability. Collaborating with product, design, legal, and business teams, the team delivers secure, extensible systems that enhance consistency, speed, and innovation across Walmart’s global marketing operations.
