Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
3+ years of experience in software development (or equivalent internships, co‑ops, or academic projects)
1+ years of experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript

Nice To Haves

Experience with modern software development practices, including object‑oriented design, APIs, and version control (Git)
Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to debug complex issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross‑functional team environment

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑quality software solutions aligned to business and technical requirements
Contribute to application architecture and technical design decisions for scalable, reliable systems
Build and enhance APIs, services, and user interfaces using modern frameworks and engineering best practices
Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code with a focus on performance and security
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards
Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver features end‑to‑end
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues
Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices to enable efficient delivery
Ensure applications meet enterprise security, compliance, and data governance requirements
Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and engineering patterns
Contribute to operational readiness, including monitoring, logging, and supportability of applications
