Requirements

Several years of hands-on experience with object-oriented programming (preferably PHP) and MySQL databases.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and scalability.
Proficient in Git, ensuring efficient collaboration and clean versioning practices.
Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus) and a collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a supportive engineering culture.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven or service-oriented architectures is a plus.
Knowledge of PHPUnit or Cypress to ensure robust software quality.
Experience with New Relic or similar tools to keep services running smoothly.
Interest in financial systems and processes; experience in FinTech development is a plus.
A strong focus on building solutions that deliver measurable value for users and business outcomes.
