About The Position

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building and improving secure, scalable systems that power healthcare data exchange. You will design and develop cloud-based services that process large volumes of transactions reliably and efficiently. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical strategy, and help deliver meaningful solutions that improve how healthcare organizations connect and operate. Requirements

5+ years of experience in software engineering, working with distributed systems
3+ years of hands-on experience building and managing applications in AWS or similar cloud platforms
Strong experience with C#/.NET, including asynchronous programming and performance optimization
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control systems, and infrastructure as code practices
Experience building APIs, working with messaging systems, and using container technologies like Docker
Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection, especially when working with sensitive information

Responsibilities

Design and build cloud-based services using modern, scalable architectures such as microservices and event-driven systems
Develop and maintain high-quality code using C#/.NET with a focus on performance, reliability, and readability
Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing, code reviews, and deployments
Implement infrastructure as code and monitoring solutions to ensure system health, visibility, and reliability
Partner with data and AI teams to enhance systems with intelligent automation and anomaly detection
Provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and contribute to design decisions and best practices
