Requirements

  • Extensive experience developing high-volume, transactional SaaS web applications with strong expertise in T-SQL, SQL Server performance tuning, and Agile methodologies
  • 3+ years of software development experience with deep expertise in web application development using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, WCF, RESTful services, MS SQL Server/T-SQL, and object-oriented design
  • Hands-on experience in Azure cloud solutions, Kubernetes environments, and microservices architecture
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline is required

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred background includes .NET 4.5–4.7, ASP.NET Web API, LINQ, SSRS/SSIS, Entity Framework, Test Driven Development, real-time financial systems, automated unit testing, and business modeling using UML and use cases.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build impactful, high-performance software by developing, testing, and maintaining scalable, secure applications within a collaborative Scrum team.
  • Solve complex business challenges alongside software engineers, QA, and product owners while continuously improving code quality, team productivity, and technical practices.
  • Be a key contributor from design to deployment—translate user stories into innovative solutions, write clean code, and document technical specifications.
  • Embrace continuous learning and mentorship by helping teammates grow professionally and promoting best practices in coding, security, and development processes.
  • Support critical systems through occasional off-hours on-call rotation (every 3–4 months) and release deployments to ensure platform availability and reliability.
  • Stay engaged and connected with occasional travel (up to 15%) to participate in company events, workshops, and conferences.
