About The Position

As a Senior Software Engineer I, you’ll solve complex business problems by delivering high‑quality, well‑designed code with minimal guidance. You’ll contribute to system design, apply engineering standards, and help continuously improve team processes. You’re a strong problem solver who enjoys mentoring junior engineers and raising the technical bar across the team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required; A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience preferred.
  • Bring 6-9 years of relevant experience with strong skills in software design, development, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and work management.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and independence in making decisions that may significantly impact the department or organization, including reviewing the work of others.
  • Excel at tackling complex problems through deep analysis and creative application of professional concepts, drawing on broad experience and multi-functional collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively with partners and leadership, adapting your style to influence outcomes and foster alignment.
  • Promote an inclusive, purposeful team culture and advocate for diversity and collaboration across teams.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at hire and must maintain authorization to work in the United States throughout their employment with our company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop secure, high quality, performant scalable code, using the required programming language and tools.
  • Participate in design reviews, provide recommendations into design discussions.
  • Define and perform unit testing of code. Support functional and regression testing efforts.
  • Collaborate and participate in peer reviews.
  • Configure and support automated code builds and deployments.
  • Solve problems, and provide ongoing maintenance and support for applications and systems
  • In collaboration with senior team members, write and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and maintenance manuals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies and standards, and apply them to enhance software solutions.
