Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us design, develop, test, and continuously improve our software applications. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the development process, leveraging your advanced coding skills and technical knowledge to build robust, scalable, and innovative software solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, preferred.
- Five or more years of proven experience as a Software Engineer, or equivalent knowledge and skills.
- Ability to work across any area of an application, including front-end, back-end, databases, and infrastructure.
- Experience with a variety of software development approaches and Agile methodology.
- Experience in both architecture-level and implementation-level software design.
- Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, .NET, React, cloud-based applications, SQL, Entity Framework, Azure, and unit testing.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Ability to drive projects toward key milestones and overcome challenges.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and improve high-quality software applications following Agile principles.
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions using best coding practices.
- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with company goals.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, including planning, development, testing, delivery, and documentation.
- Design and maintain databases, prototypes, and software architecture that support business growth.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide project updates, and contribute ideas to improve products and team processes.
- Mentor and support other engineers, promoting continuous learning and strong development practices.
