Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver high-quality software solutions across our product platform. You will play a key role in the development lifecycle, contributing hands-on to engineering delivery while collaborating closely with product, architecture, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer within a product or SaaS environment
  • Strong hands-on development experience (e.g. Java, microservices, APIs, cloud platforms)
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and system design
  • Experience delivering across the full SDLC including testing and deployment
  • Experience working in Agile environments (exposure to SAFe beneficial)
  • Strong understanding of version control, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
  • Experience with testing frameworks and quality engineering approaches
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse and optimise existing systems

  • Good understanding of modern UI/UX principles

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions across the full SDLC
  • Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code in line with engineering best practices
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes to ensure quality delivery
  • Support end-to-end development including design, build, testing, deployment, and production support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications and environments
  • Contribute to development of APIs, microservices, and modern application architectures
  • Ensure adherence to version control and release management processes (e.g. Git, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Contribute to UI/UX improvements where relevant, ensuring strong user experience
  • Work within an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery
