Senior Software Engineer - Integration

Teleo•Palo Alto, CA
•$180,000 - $225,000•Onsite

About The Position

Teleo, a Havoc company, builds autonomous robots from construction heavy equipment for commercial and defense applications. Its technology enables one operator to supervise and control multiple machines, improving productivity, safety, and comfort. The company was founded by technology leaders who previously worked on Lyft's Self-Driving Car program and Google Street View, and recently merged with Havoc AI, which develops coordinated fleets of autonomous maritime vessels. The Senior Software Engineer will own integration of Teleo's autonomy and vehicle subsystems into a reliable, cohesive platform. The role bridges independently developed components—including perception, controls, networking, and hardware interfaces—and brings them together on real hardware. The engineer will work across the vehicle software stack and collaborate with teams working on hardware, software, robotics, and AI. The position is based on-site in Palo Alto, California, and includes remote support rotations with occasional early or late hours.
