The Senior Software Engineer is a seasoned technical contributor responsible for architecting, building, and sustaining high-quality user-facing experiences across the Listrak platform. This role goes well beyond feature delivery — Senior Software Engineers shape how the front end is structured, set the quality bar for the team, and actively raise the craft of those around them. Senior Software Engineers bring deep expertise in Vue.js and the modern JavaScript ecosystem, and increasingly bring a meaningful understanding of the full stack — enough to own features end-to-end, collaborate fluidly with backend engineers, and make sound architectural decisions that span both sides of the application layer. In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to translate complex requirements into clean, well-structured implementations. You will own technical decisions for the Listrak Platform UI and contribute to architecture conversations beyond your immediate team. You will help your team level up and demonstrate strong ownership over outcomes and quality. Strong candidates think in systems, write for maintainability, and understand that great frontend engineering is about reliability and long-term sustainability as much as it is the user experience.

Requirements

8+ years of professional software development experience with a meaningful concentration in front-end engineering and demonstrated growth in scope and ownership over time
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent work experience
Deep proficiency in Vue.js
Advanced TypeScript and JavaScript
Strong command of HTML and CSS
Solid understanding of RESTful API consumption
Working knowledge of .NET or a comparable server-side framework
Familiarity with AWS and/or Cloudflare's developer platform (Workers, Pages, KV, etc.)
Proficient with unit and component testing (e.g., Vitest, Testing Library) and end-to-end testing (e.g., Playwright, Cypress)
Working knowledge of Vite or equivalent bundlers
