About The Position

As a Senior Software Engineer on Riot Games’ Core Integrations and Architecture team, you will help shape how Riot collects and uses data to improve experiences for players and Rioters. Working closely with the technical lead and a team of software engineers, you will build reliable data solutions that process petabytes of data and contribute to globally distributed systems. The work may include protecting player privacy, organizing and optimizing data warehouses with big data tools and cloud-based servers, building platforms for data ingestion and real-time analytics, supporting game teams’ feature needs, and enabling advances and fast iteration in machine learning pipelines. You will report to the Engineering Manager of the team. Riot Engineers bring deep technical expertise while contributing across broader domains, team cohesion, and cross-team objectives. In this role, you will lead without authority and model excellent engineering. Success depends on craft expertise, collaboration, and decisions that prioritize the needs of fellow Rioters. Being a dedicated fan of games is not necessary.
