About The Position
SAIC is looking for a Senior Software Engineer for a position located in San Diego, CA. This position needs to be highly experienced in JavaScript, React, Linux (RHEL), and has a strong background in Web Experience. This role requires you to have an ACTIVE SECRET clearance to start. This will be an ON-SITE role with expected travel up to 10% throughout the year.

Responsibilities
- Perform software engineering design and development activities to produce reliable, modular, and secure software components.
- Development of software on a RHEL OS platform.
- Software development with custom C++ based applications, X windows-based applications, and web-based middleware.
- Application writing and policy for security accreditations.
