The Senior Developer will influence outcomes, guide transformation, and contribute to the evolution of the team and organization. This position requires a candidate who embraces change and innovation, embodies Agile delivery, possesses strong technical skills to guide solutions and architecture, and brings modern approaches to development. The role involves hands-on coding across the full stack.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience engineering solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of demonstrated experience leading modernized development teams at an enterprise level.
• Highly proficient in Full Stack development (React, Java script, Python, Java, Angular).
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with Modern Tools: Jenkins, Cucumber, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bitbucket), Git.
• Experience with Databases: PostgreSQL, Mongo.
• Experience with Cloud: AWS/OCP.
• Experience with: EKS, Docker, Openshift.
• Technical knowledge of communication channels, deliverability, and compliance.

• Advanced studies and degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor the team, driving full and accurate adoption of modern software engineering and delivery practices (Real Agile, TDD, ATDD, Stateless Design, Microservices, Containerization, etc.).
• Analyze system architecture and contribute to design planning.
• Manage dependencies with vendors or internal engineering teams for software delivery.
• Collaborate with business leaders in marketing, HR, legal, and compliance teams.
