The Capgemini team offers extensive career opportunities and provides mentoring and coaching for teammates. This role is an experienced professional with a strong background in software development. We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer who can effectively combine software development, solution design, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring while delivering complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, client architects, and cross-functional technical teams to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Build modern, scalable, and responsive front-end applications using React JS.
  • Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL databases and work with Amazon Redshift for data warehousing requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.
  • Design and implement enterprise-grade integrations, including: REST and SOAP APIs, FTP/SFTP integrations, ETL and data processing pipelines, Kafka-based messaging solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow, transformation, synchronization, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with multiple systems and platforms to ensure seamless enterprise connectivity.
  • Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and enforce development best practices.
  • Mentor and guide developers on coding standards, architecture principles, and software engineering best practices.
  • Assign, monitor, and review development tasks to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, design workshops, and technical solution reviews.
