About The Position

Recruit22 is partnering with an innovative organization to identify a talented Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing technology team. This role is ideal for an experienced hands-on engineer who enjoys building scalable applications, modernizing platforms, and contributing to cloud-native digital solutions. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade software solutions that power critical business operations and customer-facing digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on full-stack development, cloud technologies, modern software architecture, and continuous delivery best practices.

Requirements

7+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong experience developing applications with: C# .NET Core / ASP.NET Core React.js JavaScript / TypeScript SQL Server REST APIs
Experience building scalable distributed systems and microservices.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Proficiency with source control, Git workflows, and CI/CD practices.
Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and modern development methodologies.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed services.
Build scalable microservices and event-driven applications.
Contribute to full software development lifecycle activities including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and performance issues.
Develop and deploy solutions in Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.
Participate in cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code and cloud automation efforts.
Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL database solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations between internal and external systems.
Ensure data integrity, scalability, performance, and security.
Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and optimization.
Conduct peer code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Implement automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Support application monitoring, logging, telemetry, and observability initiatives.
Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Contribute to architecture discussions and technology recommendations.
Support software releases and production deployments.
