As a Senior Software Engineer you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development.
- 5+ years of experience in C.
- 3+ years of experience in high volume, low latency OLTP applications.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the financial services industry, specifically card processing.
- Experience in Java, C#, C++, or similar programming languages.
- Experience in SQL databases.
- Experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.
