The Auto Care Center Engineering team powers the technology behind Walmart’s nationwide network of around 2600 Auto Care Centers, supporting thousands of service bays that deliver essential vehicle maintenance to millions of customers each year. The team builds and maintains end-to-end solutions across service scheduling, workflow management, technician tooling, and integrated checkout experiences. We enable seamless omnichannel experiences—allowing customers to discover services online, schedule appointments via web or mobile, check in digitally or in-store, and receive real-time updates throughout their visit. It also advances next-generation platforms for diagnostics, service optimization, and customer engagement, helping drive growth in Walmart’s automotive services business.
