About The Position

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer who can design, develop and test software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products. This Software Engineer position reports to the Manager Software Development. This is a Hybrid position, located in North Logan, Utah. 1 to 2 days a week in the office.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required
Minimum of 5+ years of related Software Engineering, Enterprise Software Development Experience with all aspects of a Software Development Life Cycle (design, development, testing, and implementation)
Expert using OOD: .NET, C#
Experience in design, develop and test software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products.
Qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
Will not be sponsoring work visas for this position, at this time.

Nice To Haves

Expertise in GUI development a plus
Experience in image processing a plus
Experience with Optics a plus
Experience with Agile Development and Scrum a plus

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing software programs to meet the requirements and constraints of the customer scope of work
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs
Work within a project team to accomplish all the deliverables throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (design, development, testing, and implementation)
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
