About The Position

The Atlas Team operates at the intersection of Vehicle Design and Software Engineering. We’re seeking a candidate to build out our application ecosystem! International is transforming from a supplier of trucks and buses to a provider of complete and sustainable transport solutions, pioneering a cleaner, more sustainable future.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of software engineering experience OR Master's degree and no experience OR At least 3 years of software engineering experience
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
  • We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of projects from research and design to development, deployment, and iteration
  • Write high quality, maintainable, and testable code using object-oriented design and SOLID principles
  • Dive into our engineering organization’s pain points and develop products to fit their needs
  • Design and maintain Azure infrastructure as code using Terraform
  • Mentor other engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing
