Area Description The Customer Experience Mobile Team at GFiber is responsible for delivering features that our customers use on a daily basis. This team is responsible for customer experiences that allow users to manage their in-home devices, get support, change their service subscription and pay their bill. Role Description As a Senior iOS Software Engineer on the Customer Experience Mobile Team, you will play a key role in building and enhancing features for our native GFiber iOS mobile app. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver seamless customer experiences, ensuring our users can easily manage their in-home devices, access support, and handle service subscriptions directly from their mobile devices.
