About The Position

Paramount Skydance Corp. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build advanced AI-powered tooling and internal platforms that modernize quality engineering across the organization. This role involves building production systems, internal platforms, and intelligent automation services to improve engineering efficiency. The engineer will lead the development of AI-driven services, RAG pipelines, and automation accelerators for streamlining test authoring, triage, and analysis.

Requirements

4+ years of software engineering experience with robust backend expertise.
Proven experience building production-grade AI or ML-powered systems.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience with vector databases, embeddings, and LLM orchestration.
Experience integrating tools into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement AI-driven services, micro-platforms, and developer tools that support GQE.
Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings systems, and LLM-powered utilities.
Develop intelligent automation accelerators that classify failures, detect flakiness, and recommend fixes.
Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and existing automation frameworks.
Partner with QE, Platform, and Data Engineering to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose functional applications.
