Senior Software Engineer with AI focus

About The Position

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to play a critical role in designing and delivering the next-generation observability platform. You will take ownership of complex, high-impact projects, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions. Beyond coding, you will mentor junior engineers, influence architectural decisions, and drive technical excellence across the organization.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles
Strong proficiency in programming languages relevant to the platform, like GoLang, TypeScript and React
Experience with Kubernetes, observability tools, distributed systems, and OpenTelemetry
Hands-on experience with AI development and tooling (e.g., integrating AI APIs) beyond basic prompting.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and reliable software systems that power our core platform.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate business needs into innovative, user-centric features.
Write clean, well-tested code and elevate the team's engineering standards through rigorous, constructive code reviews.
Dive deep to investigate and debug distributed systems, focusing on permanent root-cause solutions rather than quick fixes.
Proactively identify structural bottlenecks and drive improvements to ensure long-term system stability and performance.
Guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous learning, accountability, and teamwork.
Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously optimize our system architecture, developer workflows, and overall product reliability.
