About The Position

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-growth, AI-native healthcare technology company in New York City. You'll work on a small, high-performing engineering team building software that automates complex healthcare workflows and improves access to specialty medications. This is a hands-on, product-focused role for an engineer who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, working with modern AI technologies, and making an impact in a fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Full-stack development experience with React/TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
• Experience working at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own projects from concept through delivery.
• Strong product thinking and ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions.
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered features into production applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a strong U.S. university.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in the Flatiron District, NYC.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare technology, health tech, pharma tech, or fintech.
• Experience with healthcare integrations or PHI-compliant systems.
• Experience with internal AI tooling, local model hosting, or AI development frameworks.
• Strong frontend experience with React/TypeScript.
• Experience working in small engineering teams with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack product features using Python, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop AI-powered solutions for healthcare workflows, including prior authorization and benefits verification.
• Build and integrate AI tooling and automation into production applications.
• Work with PHI-compliant data pipelines and healthcare integrations.
• Own projects from identifying problems through development, deployment, and measuring outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO, founders, and engineering team to shape product and technical direction.
• Contribute to system design, architecture, coding, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Work across frontend and backend systems with a strong product mindset.
