WHY WE'RE LOOKING: We seek an experienced Senior Software Engineer to drive technical excellence and deliver innovative platform solutions that empower dealerships nationwide. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong problem-solving skills and is passionate about building scalable, reliable software. You'll work closely with our engineering team to architect, develop, and maintain critical features while mentoring other engineers.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or similar field with 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, PostgreSQL, React/TypeScript, and AWS cloud services
• Experience in SaaS product development, preferably in automotive or similar industry
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time and mentoring other developers

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software using our tech stack (C#, PostgreSQL, React/TypeScript)
• Participate in architectural decisions for scalability and maintainability
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Collaborate with Lead Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to specification
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, or practices that improve team velocity or code quality
• Participate in technical planning sessions and contribute to feature specifications
• Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Contribute to system reliability initiatives and help maintain security and regulatory compliance
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response when needed
