About The Position

The Senior Software Engineer designs data pathways that keep analytics moving by building reliable data ingress and egress flows powered by Apache Spark and Apache Airflow. The role supports distributed data processing and analytics workloads that help mission teams work with large, varied datasets. The position is based in Fort Meade, Maryland and requires in-person work; applicants must live within commuting distance and currently hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Ctrl+ does not sponsor new security clearances or clearance upgrades. Some roles may allow limited telework, but regular on-site attendance is required and this is not a fully remote position. Compensation is approximately $123.63–$136.51 per hour, excluding the employer 401(k) contribution. Hourly pay varies based on qualifications, experience, and the compensation model selected.
