About The Position

Enterprise Business Solutions is seeking a transformational Senior Software Engineer to support our Law, Compliance, Privacy, and Government Relations portfolio. In this role, you'll contribute to key technology transformation initiatives focused on modernizing our platform, migrating solutions to AWS, and retiring legacy applications. You'll partner with teammates and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that drive business value!
You'll have the opportunity to:
Be a key contributor in implementing solutions that support and expand critical business functions, including configuration, security, integrations, cloud/SaaS technologies, and vendor-supported applications.
Collaborate closely with business partners and cross-functional IT team members to solve complex problems, innovate, and explore new approaches and technologies.
Understand business and technical requirements to make sound design decisions and evaluate trade-offs across solutions.
Demonstrate independence while contributing to multiple layers of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and support.
Share knowledge, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with team members to support overall team success and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of technology and/or engineering experience
• Desire to learn new technology and motivate others to do the same
• Wide experience with a diverse set of technologies and software modernization techniques, approaches, tools, etc.
• Exceptional verbal/written communication and facilitation/presentation skills
• Ability to work with multi-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners at all levels

• AWS (S3, Lambda, Gateway, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Aurora, Cloudwatch)
• Python & CDK
• Principal's Enterprise Pipeline
