Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading large-scale projects and architecting scalable systems
Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or developer productivity
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability tooling, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Comfortable driving technical decisions across teams and making hard tradeoffs under pressure
Actively incorporates AI tools into your day-to-day workflow, not just as a productivity shortcut but as a way to tackle problems differently
Energized by building in a fast-moving environment where the playbook is still being written

Nice To Haves

Background in fintech, ERP, or accounting software
Expertise in AWS
Experience owning and scaling public-facing APIs
Familiarity with enterprise readiness (SOC 2, SSO/SAML, audit logging, or similar)
Kotlin, Java, or TypeScript experience
Prior experience working in a high-growth startup

Responsibilities

Own the infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling that keeps our engineering team shipping fast and safely at scale.
Set the technical direction for reliability, security, and compliance, building these in from the ground up rather than bolting them on later.
Shape the design and scalability of our external API, turning it into a competitive asset for customers and partners.
Partner with engineering leadership to define roadmap priorities and translate ambiguous problems into clear technical plans.
Mentor engineers on the team through design reviews and hands-on collaboration, raising the technical bar across the org.
