Requirements
- Experience in developing mobile applications on the iOS platform.
- Experience integrating with Java-based backend services in a cloud/containerized environment.
- Experience ideally within financial services or technology.
- Demonstrate ownership, initiative, and ability to go above and beyond to deliver results.
- Strong critical thinking skills to inform decision making.
- Strong communication skills and effective engagement with all levels of the organization.
- Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s) and, where applicable, must have a valid work or study permit.
- May be asked to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests (such as simulation, coding, MS Office).

- Experience with Android development.
- Experience in financial services or technology.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical design, development (iOS primarily and some Android), and integration of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems, providing enhancements to existing technologies.
- Design and ship secure, scalable solutions across the stack, focusing on iOS mobile applications.
- Guide architecture within your domain, drive automation, comprehensive testing, CI/CD, and observability, while reducing technical debt and improving performance and reliability.
- Leverage GitHub CoPilot in Software Development best practices.
- Leverage current industry trends to drive measurable process and product improvements, making data-driven trade-offs and recommendations.
- Project-level risk assessments, define and execute mitigation plans, and embed security/privacy-by-design.
- Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, stay current on regulatory changes, and partner with Compliance and Audit for effective oversight.
- Build strong relationships across product, design, operations, and partner teams.
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly; influence cross-functional outcomes.
