As a Senior Software Engineer on the NinjaOne team, you will join a dedicated team building NinjaOne Ticketing, our IT service desk and helpdesk ticketing product within the IT Operations suite. You'll design and implement scalable new solutions and product improvements that help IT teams and MSPs streamline ticket management, automate workflows, and deliver faster issue resolution for their end users. A key part of what makes NinjaOne Ticketing unique is its deep integration with our endpoint management and RMM capabilities, letting technicians take one-click remediation actions (like remote sessions, script execution, or device reboots) directly from a ticket, without ever switching platforms. You'll help build and evolve that seamless, single-pane experience. We are engineers, technology leaders and experts. We create and deliver mission critical services to enable NinjaOne’s customers to administer, protect and maintain millions of endpoints and servers. You will have the opportunity to design and develop high-availability mission critical software systems that support our worldwide operations. NinjaOne is built on Java, Kotlin, C++, and Postgres, supporting millions of user endpoints and running as a scalable cloud service in AWS. Knowing large-scale datastore bottlenecks, asynchronous application design and client-server architecture will help you standout.
