About The Position

Life360 is hiring an AI-native senior software engineer for its Revenue Experiences team, which owns the premium membership experience, including subscription tiering, pricing, packaging, positioning, and paid features and services. The engineer will take ideas from initial brief through production and own premium features end to end, including developing new capabilities and maintaining existing ones for reliability and quality at a scale of more than 100 million monthly active users. The role focuses on delivering premium features and monetization experiences, including paywalls, plan selection, upsell and upgrade flows, one-time purchases, and the quality and performance of the ads experience. The engineer will collaborate with product, design, data science, and analytics, using experimentation to inform product decisions. AI tools and agentic workflows are expected to be integral to daily engineering work, from specifications and implementation through testing, verification, review, and iteration. Success in the first year means owning delivery of several features or experiments that contribute to global revenue growth or improve the quality of premium features. The role also contributes to mobile architecture, engineering standards, mentoring, and continuous improvement, and participates in on-call rotation and incident response. This is a remote-first role for employees in the US and Canada.
