As a Senior Software Engineer I - Rockerbox, you will play a key role in shaping the systems that power our products. You will partner closely with product managers to define requirements and construct scalable and reliable integrations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack, thinking critically about existing systems, and standardizing data pipelines.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software engineering.
Demonstrated success in building, owning, and maintaining production systems that prioritize reliability, scalability, and performance.
Strong proficiency in Python with experience interacting with third-party APIs.
Expertise in SQL for data querying, analysis, and database interactions.
Experience with orchestration, containerization, and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
Effective communicator, capable of clearly conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Work closely with product managers to define product requirements, deliver new features, and ensure reliable ingestion and transformation of marketing data.
Design and develop scalable solutions that enhance application functionality, data reliability, and overall system performance.
Architect integrations with third-party platforms to ingest, transform, and load data in standardized, scalable pipelines.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure adoption of best practices and standards across the organization.
