As a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack at Rhino.ai, you’ll be a key technical leader in designing, building, and scaling our AI-based platform that modernizes legacy systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performance software that fuels our cutting-edge AI platform.

Requirements

A strong drive to deliver valuable new capabilities to our product each sprint, while contributing to building stronger, continuously accelerating teams!
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, building, iterating on, and scaling web-based applications.
Excellent, proactive communication and collaboration skills in English.
A solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
Demonstrated fast, proactive learning skills, especially crucial in the rapidly changing field of AI.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in building high-quality applications using Python, with hands-on experience in relevant frameworks for creating scalable web services.
Experience with cloud platforms (like AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred) and core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).
Hands-on experience leveraging modern AI development tools and integrating LLMs or related libraries (e.g., Langchain, OpenAI API) into applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy innovative, scalable AI-enabled software solutions, primarily using Python, React, LLM’s, and related modern frameworks.
Foster strong teamwork both within your team and across departments through proactive collaboration and knowledge sharing, aligned with US Eastern time working hours.
Intelligently utilize the latest AI-enabled coding tools (e.g. Cursor) to build better software faster.
Contribute to architectural discussions and help establish best practices for software development across Engineering.
