About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable user interfaces for modern web applications. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in React, strong UI/UX sensibilities, and a proven track record of delivering performant, maintainable front-end solutions in complex, large-scale environments. They should also be experienced with Java and Spring Boot on the backend so they can bring both Frontend and Backend components together.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with expertise in system design, architecture, and building enterprise-level applications.
- Proficiency in Java (required)
- Proficiency in React (Required)
- Experience with Spring Boot
- Experience with RESTful architecture and microservices
- Experience with messaging technologies (e.g., Kafka, SQS)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience with Kubernetes, Lambda (preferred)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Terraform)
- Experience with test automation (Unit, Integration, Regression, Load)
- Experience in relational & non-relational databases such as PostGres, Dynamo
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Splunk)

- Tech Lead/Sr. Engineering experience
Responsibilities
- Strong English Speaking Skills are Required for this role as they will be guiding and problem solving with other team members.
- Manage standups, jiras and team updates, stakeholder management to understand requirements and lead junior engineers.
- Design, Development, Testing, Documentation, Data analysis, On-call support during working hours.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced software systems while adhering to high standards for code quality, testing, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, mentor junior developers, and support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
