As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing a high-visibility digital transformation program focused on standardizing and modernizing the end-to-end maintenance lifecycle through a unified, data-driven platform. In this role, you will design and build enterprise-scale solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure cloud technologies, enabling intelligent workflows, real-time data capture, and seamless system integrations. Your work will directly influence how maintenance activities are planned, executed, and optimized, helping eliminate manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and create a foundation for future innovation in AI, automation, and advanced analytics. Beyond hands-on engineering, you will serve as a technical leader within the Product Engineering Operations organization, partnering with business leaders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will help shape development standards, mentor fellow engineers, and champion modern software engineering practices across Power Platform, cloud architecture, DevSecOps, and application lifecycle management. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience required
5+ years of relevant IT experience
Experience designing, developing, and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Experience developing and supporting enterprise integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, Microsoft integration technologies, and modern application integration patterns.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, JSON, and related technologies used to extend Power Platform capabilities, including PCF controls, custom APIs, and Dataverse plug-ins.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, modern software delivery practices, including application lifecycle management (ALM), source control, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevSecOps principles.
Strong understanding of Power Platform security, authentication, authorization, and secure application development practices.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving application, integration, performance, scalability, and operational issues in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Leads efforts from end-to-end through delegation, review, and driving results holistically; leads medium complexity features from technical design through completion.
Executes a defined software engineering roadmap, contributing to the organization's engineering and technology strategy.
Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the development process in projects with moderate to high complexity under limited or no supervision.
