  • Deep experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
  • Hands-on experience with Next.js or similar modern web frameworks
  • Familiarity with Microfrontend architectures, monorepos, or shared frontend platforms
  • Strong understanding of web performance, bundling, and optimization techniques
  • Experience collaborating with backend and platform teams to define clean integration patterns
  • Comfort operating in environments with high traffic, high visibility, and real user impact
  • Comfortable working in a codebase with shared patterns (monorepos, shared UI libraries, or platform constraints) and collaborating across teams

  • Pragmatic approach to modernization, balancing ideal solutions with incremental, low-risk progress
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working closely with both product and platform teams.
  • Long-term perspective on maintainability, extensibility, and developer experience

  • Investing in testing and quality practices that make large-scale migrations safe and repeatable
  • Enjoying untangling complexity and leaving systems better than you found them
  • Caring deeply about how technical decisions affect both developers and end users

Responsibilities

  • Build the user-facing experiences powered by Machine Learning and Generative AI.
  • Contribute to full-cycle software development, including advising on technical design, reviewing code, participating in interviews, and mentoring engineers.
  • Contribute to the code strategy, architecture, implementation, delivery, and operation of systems end-to-end, considering testability, upgradeability, scalability, and observability.
