About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Design Services team. In this role, you will own a meaningful area of our platform end-to-end, which could include a slice of the customer design experience, designer tooling, the iOS app, or a backend service. You will also be responsible for AI-backed features, defining their behavior, evaluating output quality, and iterating based on customer impact. The work will involve across our 3D and Studio stack, the TypeScript graph, the PHP monolith, and the agent platform as needed. Success in this role means ramping on the stack and shipping improvements in your area within 90 days, and within a year, owning an area of the platform, improving its quality and reliability, and becoming the go-to person for that area. AI is a core part of how we build and we are investing heavily in it, going beyond just writing code faster. The team works with Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, and builds on our agent platform and LLM tooling. We are building an internal harness for agents to handle real engineering work like error resolution, bug fixes, and feature enhancements around the clock. You will use AI intentionally, help push this forward, review output critically, and remain accountable for everything you ship.

Requirements

Strong full-stack fundamentals. You understand how web, mobile, APIs, services, and databases fit together.
You use AI tools as a real part of your engineering workflow and own the output.
You've owned meaningful parts of a product or system in production.
You ramp quickly and are comfortable with ambiguity and unfamiliar code.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

Native iOS (Swift) experience.
3D, graphics, or visualization experience.
Experience building AI or ML-backed product features.
Ecommerce or marketplace experience.
