This role is for a Senior Software Engineer focused on Data & Personalization, with multiple positions available. The engineer will function as a technical lead and subject matter expert within the Digital Marketing data domain. Responsibilities include research, analysis, design, and development of next-generation data capabilities and products. The role involves technical ownership of service provider deliverables, ensuring high quality, adherence to standards, and scalability. The engineer must ensure projects follow defined development and business case processes, provide early warnings to stakeholders about service levels, and coordinate with Application Delivery and Infrastructure teams for deployment and support. Adherence to IT standards and processes, balancing business and operational risk, and escalating risks as needed are crucial. The position also requires following project management standards, training and mentoring team members, liaising with multiple teams for project delivery, identifying process enhancements, validating service provider project plans, making short-term team plans, monitoring service provider outcomes, and reviewing work effort estimates. Facilitating timely problem resolution and minimizing client impact are also key duties.
