Sphere Labs is building modern, compliance-native infrastructure for cross-border payments and settlement. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our fully remote, global team. This role involves building internal tooling, automations, and workflows to improve support volume identification, reduce manual effort, and increase team efficiency. You will own engineering support end-to-end, triaging issues, diagnosing root causes, and resolving them by writing and shipping code fixes. You will also engage directly with customers, communicate technical issues clearly, and partner with product and engineering teams to enhance platform supportability through better error messages, smarter observability, and improved defaults. The goal is to reduce technical queries received by support and ensure workarounds are documented and utilized by AI for faster customer support. Additionally, you will own customer-facing documents to ensure their accuracy and usefulness.
