About The Position

Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.4 billion people worldwide without access today. Nclusion aims to change that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most. The Crypto Infrastructure team is responsible for building the foundational systems that power Nclusion’s crypto products, including custody, transaction processing, key management, indexing, and blockchain integrations. This team's work enables engineers on the crypto rails to operate efficiently while maintaining high standards for security, reliability, and correctness.

Requirements

• Strong backend or systems engineering experience
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, reliability, and operational concerns
• Experience working directly with blockchains, nodes, RPCs, or indexers
• Security-first mindset, especially around keys, permissions, and funds movement
• Comfort owning critical infrastructure and on-call responsibilities

Nice To Haves

• experience with custody systems, HSMs, or blockchain indexing

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core crypto infrastructure services used across the company
• Design systems for custody, key management, signing, and transaction orchestration
• Integrate directly with blockchains, RPCs, indexers, and on-chain data pipelines
• Improve reliability, scalability, and observability of crypto systems
• Define internal APIs and abstractions that other teams depend on
• Participate in security reviews, incident response, and system hardening
