About The Position

As a key member of the Cloud Development – Delivery department, you will design, implement, and manage cloud‑native applications and infrastructure while overseeing delivery pipelines and cross‑functional collaboration. You will act as a bridge between engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring high‑quality, scalable solutions that meet client expectations and accelerate time‑to‑value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering and application delivery management.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
• Effective communication in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) supporting enterprise applications.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cloud projects, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to streamline releases.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Monitor performance, availability, and security of cloud services, applying best‑practice optimizations.
• Drive incident response and root‑cause analysis for production issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and cost‑management policies.
• Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Prepare technical documentation, status reports, and delivery metrics.
