About The Position

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited educational institution.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a C++ environment.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with source code management systems (e.g. git, SVN).
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Strong experience and proficiency in designing and developing real-time business applications.
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes, Agile methodologies (SCRUM), and Release/Change Management practices.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and automation concepts, with a keen interest in improving engineering efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work in a high-priority, results-driven culture requiring a keen sense of technical aptitude (C++, MVC).
• Collaborate closely with the technical leadership team, architects, and scrum team members to produce scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
• Analyze, design, and execute application architecture to meet defined technical and business requirements.
• Provide ideas for improving products through an understanding of the business model and market.
• Focus on applications and middleware services vital to the business.
• Create and support documentation.
• Provide 4th tier problem management process technical support (ITIL V3 Process).
• Participate in the preparation of project plans applying Scrum/Agile methodology.
