About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in AI to join our team. This role requires a strong background in .NET/C# development combined with significant experience in AI and agent development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in leveraging Azure AI services and modern AI frameworks to build intelligent agent solutions. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications, focusing on areas like prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of experience in .NET/C# development.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI/Agent Development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET / C#.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI & Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Experience in Agentic AI / Intelligent Agent development.
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering & Context Engineering.
• Experience with RAG pipelines & LLM architectures.
• Experience with Tool orchestration, memory/state management & feedback loops.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices & Cloud-Native Development.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git & Agile methodologies.
• Must be a USC or GC.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Coppell, TX.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of NLP.
• Experience with Generative AI.
• Microsoft Azure/AI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI solutions using .NET/C#.
• Utilize Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry for AI development.
• Build and manage intelligent agents using Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Implement agentic AI concepts including prompt engineering, context engineering, RAG pipelines, LLM architectures, tool orchestration, memory/state management, and feedback loops.
• Develop REST APIs, Microservices, and Cloud-Native applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, utilize Git, and work within an Agile development environment.
