As an AI Engineer, you will be crucial in integrating large language models (LLMs) and machine learning (ML) solutions into Cambio's platform and internal systems, directly influencing customer experiences, operational efficiency, and product innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including system design, distributed systems, API development, and CI/CD.
- 1+ years of experience developing AI-powered products
- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on expertise in LLMs.
- Ability to tackle ambiguous AI challenges and develop scalable, efficient AI solutions.
- Comfortable working with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to define and implement AI-driven features.
- Authorization to work in the United States or Canada is required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with building and deploying AI agents, AI frameworks such as LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector databases.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven features for the platform, enhancing customer experience and business impact.
- Develop LLM-based internal automation tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve team productivity.
- Build and maintain a ML/LLM pipeline, ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable deployments.
- Improve AI model performance, balancing speed, quality, and infrastructure costs.
- Work with product, engineering, and data teams to define AI/LLM use cases and share best practices.
