Microsoft Advertising Campaign UI team is the development team responsible for the front end web sites used by online advertisers to create and manage their millions of ad campaigns. This team has very solid focus on customer satisfaction. We are on an ambitious journey to build new generation of Microsoft Ads UI and analytical platform. As a Software Engineering in the team, you will develop world class Web UI experience for our demand management platform as well as enable new Ads Product to advertisers. You will also leverage cutting-edge AI technologies and engineering productivity tools to modernize the product development lifecycle, improve developer velocity, and deliver customer value faster. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
Proficient in data driven decision making, ability to build metrics to analyze business impact.
Experience with ReactJS and modern front end development environment.
Experience with data analysis and building metrics to measure business impact.
Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools and modern engineering practices to improve developer productivity, accelerate product development, reduce time-to-market, and enhance software quality throughout the product development lifecycle.
Passion for applying AI-driven insights and capabilities to build innovative customer experiences, simplify complex workflows, and deliver impactful business outcomes.
