About The Position
Join the Lending Technology team as we continuously deliver new products to modernize operational business processes by delivering enterprise grade solutions. We are seeking a talented and adaptable API Developer to maintain an existing portfolio of applications and deliver new business capabilities to our credit business in Capital Markets. What will you do? Responsible for development of .NET applications and REST APIs On a day-to-day basis, work closely with business partners, analysts, and developers to develop integrated solutions and to ensure successful completion of project objectives within budget, and on time Designing and coding application programs; performing testing for developed applications. Reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing for a large-scale system. Ensuring the operating efficiency of existing application systems. Maintaining records for the documentation of systems development and revisions. Conducting analyses of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems. What do you need to succeed? Must have: Strong programming experience in multi-tier applications based on Microsoft .NET technology stack including C#, VB.NET, MVC, Webforms, Web Services, REST API’s Experience with .NET based server side technologies and creating/consuming from a REST backend Experience creating and maintaining APIs on API Management platforms (e.g. Apigee) Experience working within professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source code management, build processes and testing Self-motivated – driven to get results, takes initiative and needs minimum oversight. Requirements
